San Francisco's Friday night: two beginner lessons, an optional intermediate bachata class in the back room, then the floor stays open until 1:30 AM.
$15–$20 in advance — $25 at the door. Advance tickets sell out on big nights.
HOW FRIDAY NIGHT RUNS
Dance Fridays at Space 550 in the Bayview is the big-room end of what we do. Doors open at 7:45 PM, lessons start at 8, and from 9:30 PM the night belongs to the social floor until 1:30 AM.
There are two beginner lessons: 8:00 PM Beginning Bachata and 8:45 PM Beginning Salsa. Intermediate Bachata at 9:00 PM is an optional class in the back room and overlaps the beginning salsa lesson. Nothing carries over from last week, so any Friday is a fine first Friday.
It is a nightclub, not a studio — big floor, real sound, and a crowd that came to dance. If you want the smaller, class-first version of this, that is SalsaCrazy Mondays over in the Inner Richmond.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What time should I arrive?
Doors are 7:45 PM. Arrive by 8 PM if you want the Beginning Bachata lesson.
Do I need to book ahead?
Advance tickets are cheaper than the door and busy Fridays do sell out.
Is there a dress code?
Dress for a night out, but comfort wins — you will be dancing for hours.
